Our chocolate is hand-crafted to be good for your health and well-being. The fact that it is not processed, allows for the active flavanols to remain strong in the chocolate. The full process passes through several stages: from harvesting and processing of the cacao bean to the production of chocolate. Process starts with the cacao pods that are wild in the forest. Together with the cacao harvesters, we investigated ways of growing, harvesting and treating the beans in such a way that a maximum of cacao flavanols, taste and aromas, in the beans, are preserved. In case you were wondering, it's not only your heart that might benefit from the compounds in cacao and cocoa powder.
